Ready Set Recycle Runs and promotes set sales on a regular basis. From your studio or from our Etobicoke set sale shop. We can handle any sized show. If you wish to run your own sale simply rent a set sale listing on site and hire us to do social media.

 

SET SALE OPTIONS

For your set sale, the selling of set dec, props, wardrobe, scenery, materials and equipment... pretty much everything. What we don't sell we will help you give away! Our goal is to get you as close as possible to a 0% carbon footprint!

 

All options listed below include: A front page listing on our website with a link to your specific set sale listing. Your listing can have unlimited sub listings and photographs and U tube movies Once all the photos are taken and loaded on Ready Set Recycle, we begin your SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN

For some of our set sales, we get 8000 - 36 000+ hits on social media. That size of the crowds we draw proves how effective our social media strategies are. There are over 500+ people in the Facebook Group for Ready Set Recycle, and over 7000 likes /followers on our Facebook page.

FACEBOOK AND TWITTER: Your set sale Facebook page is promoted to thousands of viewers. We can also send out as many tweets as you would like to maximize your sale.

We will also write and distribute a press release if you wish

 

OUR MOST POPULAR OPTION

OPTION 1: WE RUN YOUR SET SALE RIGHT FROM YOUR STUDIO

FULL SERVICE PACKAGE:

 

We set up shop right there in your studio! Our sales staff arrives at your location equipped with our sandwich boards, debit and credit card machines and a cash float.

MARKETING: Ready Set Recycle manages a profile on our website and a social media campaign for your set sale. We have a proven track record of bringing in standing room only crowds through our social media campaigns. Target markets include the professional community and the general public.

PRICING: Trained staff price, photograph and post items on readysetrecycle.com.

PAYMENTS: We will handle all payments, giving you sales reports on a daily basis and provide prompt payment to you. We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, Diner’s Club and Debit.

GIVEAWAY DAYS: We will also be on hand for several days post set sale. During this time we coordinate giveaways of unsold items and we do this at no extra charge!

VENUE INSURANCE: The sale is covered by your insurance.

YOUR TAKE: 50% to 65% of items sold (negotiable)

 

 

OPTION 2: YOUR SET SALE AT OUR LOCATION IN ETOBICOKE

YOU DON’T HAVE A PLACE TO HOLD A SALE? NO PROBLEM, WE CAN HELP!

ONSITE STOREFRONT & VISIBLE STREET ADVERTISING: Our sales staff in Etobicoke handle will handle the selling of all of your items.

MARKETING: READY SET RECYCLE manages a profile on our website, and a social media campaign for your set sale. We have a history of having an excellent turn out at our sales. Our team knows how to make your sale a success!

PRICING: Trained staff photograph, price and post items on readysetrecycle. com.

PAYMENTS: We will handle all of the payments; you will receive cash reports on a daily basis. We also provide prompt payment to you. We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, Diner’s Club and Debit.

GIVEAWAY DAYS: We will also be on hand for several days, post set sale, to coordinate give always of unsold items! We do this at no extra charge.

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS: You deliver, or we manage your delivery - rates vary with content volume and weight.

VENUE RENTAL: Fees: from $ 0 - $1000.00 per month. Fees vary with the volume of materials, space occupied and duration of sale, and the percentage of your take of proceeds

VENUE INSURANCE: We cover liability insurance on our premises; you are responsible for content insurance.

MANAGEMENT OF ITEMS NOT SOLD: After one month, or at a mutually agreed upon time the sale can be extended or we can start to give away unsold items and manage their dispersal for you, including directing materials to the charity of your choosing. Included in your package is marketing for unsold items.

DISPOSAL COSTS: Disposal costs for unsellable items, damaged goods, or garbage, will be deducted from your share of the proceeds.

YOUR TAKE: 40% to 60% of items sold (negotiable)

 

 

OPTION 3: PURCHASE A WRAP SALE LISTING ON OUR WEBSITE

DO-IT-YOURSELF SET SALE!

ONLINE PRESENCE: We create a category just for your show on our site. Once the category is created, you have direct access to create as many listings as you wish, with photographs and descriptions, and pricing options, as well the details of your sale – where, when, etc. Hyperlinks from our home page feature your set sale. Included are photographs, descriptions - the whole shebang! Buyers and production designers have easy access to information about your products. We have developed a strong presence as a materials resource.

MARKETING: Hire Ready Set Recycle to do your Social Media. See Option 4 below.

PHOTOGRAPHY: You create and post photos of your items on the site directly.

TIMELINE: You can purchase Wrap Sale listings as far in advance as you would like.

EDITING INFORMATION: Information on the site can be edited as needed. So, for instance, if you don’t want phone calls from every Joe Blow two weeks prior to the wrap, asking how much the antique car is going to be, simply list all your items with a “SALE DATE, TO BE DETERMINED” or whatever else you wish.

YOUR COST: Pricing is based on the number of weeks your ads will run and of the number of photos listed.
